We are only taking card payments during Lock-down, we can take most major debit and credit cards over the telephone.
- We've seen stories on social media that cake makers are struggling to get ingredients and having to tell customers they cannot make there cakes. Are you having problems like this.

We are a full time business, rather than casual or hobby cake makers. we don't rely on supermarkets for our ingredients, but use bakery wholesale companies.
We don't currently have any issues with our supply chain. - I have a cake booked with you and need to cancel, or postpone my order. Will I lose my deposit?

As per the terms and conditions on our website. Deposits are non-refundable, in accepting your order we may have declined other customers. We may have also started or made some of the decoration and assets for your cake. In the current circumstances we will consider each case individually and do everything we can to accommodate rescheduled weddings and events where at all possible, but please read our terms and conditions for full details.

Yes We are now hosting Wedding cake consultations. Covid resrictions will apply and you will be sent an email covering these restrictions prior to your meeting.

Yes unless advised otherwise we are still delivering as required, we can provide a completely safe contactless and socially distanced delivery.
- We have a cake to collect, can we come to your address as usual?

Yes, however we will not be allowing people into our kitchen and studio for the time being and you will be asked to pay your balance by debit card over the telephone prior to collection.
