Just a little note to thank you so much for the beautiful 2-tier sponge & fruit cake you made for our little girl's christening. It was a real focal point at the party, and we recieved lots of admiring comments from our guests about the lovely sugarcraft decorations. Needless to say it tasted as good as it looked and we made sure to keep some of the fruitcake back for ourselves so we could enjoy it after the event - this lasted well over 2 weeks and the cake was still delicious and moist.
We will be recommending you in the future to any family & friends who require a wonderful cake for a special occasion!

It has to be said, all the reports I received prior to receiving the Christmas cakes was true. The best I've ever had, and I've had many. I bought 2, one for my Mum & Dad, and one for the Inlaws to be. Wish I hadn't, they're expecting the same again next year !Best regards and Thank you Paul
